This outstanding project is located about 8 km from the Suvarnaophumi International Airport in Bangkok.  It is being developed on about 15 rai of land which runs along the main entrance road into a large well established well developed industrial estate.  The industrila estate consists of about 400 companies on about 2,000 rai of land.  The companies employ about 45,000 people.  The main road is the only way in and out of the estate.
