Project Structure

Each project is owned and developed by Thai company set up for that specific purpose. The shares of the company are owned by Axiom Property and other Axiom key associates who handle all the Thai related activities of the project – design, construction, project management, regulatory approvals, etc.

A project which makes it to the development stage is one of many which have been assessed and measured using our rigorous selection criteria.

The first stage is to negotiate and establish a contract to purchase the land required for the development. This usually proceeds with a deposit of around 10% and settlement terms of about 6 months. Bank funding approval is also established at this time.

Subsequent steps to implementation include fine tuning product plans, government compliance approvals and reports, and project management.

Our projects have a long history of strong returns because property development in Thailand continues to offer strong growth and because we can fund the development using low cost bank funds and no-cost buyer payments to fund up to 70% of project costs. This leaves much more profits for share holders than in countries where this type of funding is excluded because of escrow limitations.
