Company Structure

As we start each new project, we set up/establish a Thai company to handle all aspects of the project development which include :

  • Project planning and design
  • Land purchase
  • Permits for construction and environment
  • Marketing
  • Construction
  • Finance
  • Project Management

A Thai company which owns property must have at least 61% Thai ownership by either Thai people or Thai juristic persons (i.e. Thai companies).  This requirement is easily met because our regular large investors all qualify. 

Our plan is to make part of the shares in each project available to small investors like you who have at least 1 million baht to invest.  Typically, this varies from 10% to 25% in recent projects.

The shares in each company are have the same status i.e. there are no preferencial shares so that all share holders are treated equally under the company structure.  However, we and our key partner take the view that small investors actually get better treatment than the larger investors to reflect the relative significance of their funds as part of their asset base.
