Cash Flow / Tax Issues

As each project begins, cash is required to fund land deposit and subsequent land settlement. These funds come from Axiom and other established large investors who have been involved in our team for many projects and who provide the most significant part of project cash requirement. Investors like you usually have access to a total of between 10% and 25% of project company shares. These shares can either be held by Axiom Property on behalf of you as our associate or in your own name company name if preferred.

Axiom investors can invest as little as 1,000,000 Thai Baht, US$25,000, or AS30,000 once these funds are deposited into the Thai Bank account of Axiom Property, you will receive firstly a detailed receipt to confirm your choice of project and the number of shares your investment entitles you to as well as your choice of either share ownership or Axiom Property share nominee ownership on your behalf.

Status updates will be posted on this web site on a regular basis to keep you informed of progress and any change to expected completion schedule or project returns.

On completion of the project (i.e. all settlements complete and all expenses paid) capital contributions and profits are distributed to share holders. The profit component may be taxable at Thai company rate.
