Ltd. was established as a Thai company on 28th January 2003 based in Phuket, Thailand.  The directors of the company are John Lindsay and his wife Rujinan Lindsay.  Share holders include the directors as well as other family members from both directors and some long term friends/investors from Australia, Thailand, and Norway.

The company is authorised to act in a wide range of activities related to all property investment, sales, brokering, and other transactions.
